Steam-wise I would need to go with Kerbal Space Program. I'm really bad at it but for a sadistic reason I can enjoy it alot :3 X3:TC is my 2nd most played game on steam even when I have not touched it in 10 month but I see it as a great follow-up with everything bigger and scaled. Didn't like the change in the "ship art" (so to speak) as I loved the obvious things the ships have been built after back in X2. Windborne even when it is still small and I hardly ever play it, it just has a warm feeling to it.
Out of Steam: ArcheAge as a good MMO with some neat things to it's own like sailing ships and the farming aspect. SWGemu since I was highly attached to Star Wars Galaxies and to go away from the PC: Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess. I'm not done with Skyward Sword yet but it has the potential to end up on my favourite game list too :) Need to beat it first though as I'm still not very far in it.
