Alright, here's my Application as Raffler. I hope I'll be filling the requirements you're looking for.

1) I think the group is suitable for me because it has many awesome people, and I'm ready to interact with them.

2) I think you should consider me as I'm usually online on steam, even if still having my education.

3) I'm a honest, generous and loyal trader and raffler who is looking to join awesome communities like this one.

4) I'll help this group raise bringing my raffles and giveaways here.

5) I would like to improve the quality and quantity of raffles and giveaways using ASCII texts to decorate the last ones. Plus, I would like to bring a new raffle modality: the 1v1. Only 2 slots, 50% chance.

6) That's a hard question: In the past I've owned many groups which are forsaken nowadays... I'm still building up a little project with a few friends, we're planning to make a little italian community of players and traders. You can find it Here.. As you can see, I'm quite good at using ASCII texts and decorate groups, announcements, discussions and so. I'm willing to edit and bump other rafflers' raffles/giveaways too if they would like.

7) I'd like to add I don't think I'm better than someone else who is trying to apply, but I'd love to help keeping this community up and I'm ready to follow all the rules I have to.
