Terrible service at Sky

After 30 years with Sky broadband has been not working since June 2024 and the last 12 months the service has been intermittent; so useless.
Keep telling you line fixed on a weekly basis but another lie, it never is.
You ask for a full monthly refund and they can’t do this because they then tell you they have to pay Openreach a percentage. My contract is with Sky not Openreach so a complete con; like thieves in the night. Rubbish service now.
Customer service is only interested in a 10 on their service; service is rubbish. Good riddance.

Absolutely appalling. Terrible customer service. Shockingly bad. Wanted to upgrade my broadband to faster speed. So far it’s taken 10 phone calls (and each time I’m given a different story) and 2 months and it’s STILL not been sorted out. And all the time I’m paying for broadband I’m not receiving and my mobile bills are Sky high as I’ve no wi fi. Please please please don’t get broadband with these clowns because if you do, you will be sorry. Time for me to contact Trading Standards I think....

HOORAY! I'm finally free of Sky! I've nothing good to say about Sky other than I'm so glad I'm out of Contract with them and I ain't EVER going back! They provide an abysmal service which they keep increasing charges for. Anyone who is thinking of subscribing to Sky, do yourself a favour and DON'T! You'll thank me for it. Happy Days it's all over.

Simply the worst customer service in the world. There was a problem with my connection Nov 20; it was all to do with open reach, but I had no wi fi. I was promised would be fixed by Xmas. It wasn’t! In the end I left Sky as they could not provide my address with wi fi; but they still keep billing me. I have phoned numerous times, numerous promises to sort but they still haven’t. Keep getting e mails and bills for a service I don’t have.
Avoid like it’s the plague, mixed with HIV and covid.

anyone heard about that company BT? they're so bad in my area like 50 download speed and they advertise their ♥♥♥♥ all around but the one we have is the best in my area.

So many problems with BT like, for starters, I searched up online that Sky is actually the winner over BT (not even joking, kinda wish but can't lie)

I was amazed to receive an email today from Sky informing me my monthly bill would be increasing in 2 weeks time by £7 a month, a 7.3% increase, in the middle of a global pandemic when the 12month average inflation rate is less than 1%. I had to ring Sky to check this was really correct, and once they confirmed it was, they also confirmed they would not let me exit the contract. Sky’s most recently filed annual accounts show an operating profit of almost £400m, with their cost base being only 8% of the revenue they generate from their poor customers. This all leaves a rather sour taste, and I look forward to leaving Sky when my contract ends.
