Well, it seems this group now comes from Niger.

He got this prestigious award for having a Steam Rating of 10 across a wide variety of games. This is most well deserved.

Runner up is [BLU] k10 <68crew>. This he achieved by having a Steam Rating of 10 on only Team Fortress 2. A nice achievement.
