Blood Bowl for Oceania and South East Asia

I plan to run a resurrection league for Australasian players in the new year.

I’m afraid players who play outside of Australasian time zones (Roughly UTC+8-UTC+13) as the impact of foreign schedules on match making and administration are significant.

In future seasons of this league we will develop tiering in the following fashion: The winning race for each season will have -50k TV available for all future seasons.

This over time encourages significant diversity.

Rules:

• 1250 TV Resurrection style (So no injuries and no development)
  
• 1300 TV for Stunty Teams
  
• 2 Minute turns
  
• 1 game per week
  
• Round Robin if we have 8 players or less, 6 week Swiss if we have more. (If we somehow reach 16 we will do two round robin divisions)

• Players may only take 1 skill each
  
• No doubles or stat increases
  
• Maximum of 2 of any individual non-General skill across the whole team (e.g. a dwarf team can take 2 Mighty Blow and 2 Guard but can’t take 3+ Guard). NOTE: Stunty teams can ignore this rule
  
• You must at least have 11 Rostered players
  
• No Stadium Upgrades
  
• You may take inducements but remember if your opponent is less than 1250 TV you do not get to make up for the difference with cash.
  
• Stunty teams over 1250 TV are treated as 1250 TV for the purposes of calculating petty cash. (e.g. If your opponent is 1290 TV and you are 1210, you get 40k, not 80k.) This does not apply if they are 1250 TV or below.
  
• Stunty Teams under 1250 TV are treated as their actual TV for all inducement purposes.
