They should be coming out this month i think. There is no official release date for the heists but the newest patch suggests they are coming out soon as there is heist content in it which has been decoded by people.

So ide say around Jan/Feb time even March if we are unlucky. Youve got to remember they want to have one step ahead with all these new games so i would say it would be more feb time because more new AAA games are coming out march/april time.
