I had taken the following screenshot a while ago as the signs looked odd at the time. Going back over all my Payday screenshots prompted me to finally do a bit of research.

Firstly, the signs reference South Capitol Street, which runs North/South and starts directly south of the Capitol Building (not surprisingly). I couldn't find anywhere in actual D.C. that even remotely resembled this location, though that is also not surprising.

Secondly, the signs also reference Hurg Airport, which as far as I can tell is entirely fictitious. However, searching Google for Hurg Airport points to a misspelled Hurn Airport (old name for Bournemouth Airport) located in southern England, or Hurghada Airport in Egypt (second busiest airport in Egypt after Cairo) located in Hurghada, Egypt.

Now that grenades have been added to the game, have people been blowing up everything they can think of to see if anything is destructible like the walls in Payday 1 Undercover? Has anyone found ANYTHING that is only affected by grenade damage?

I actually ended up winning this thing. I read the initial post, then ignored the obvious scam.

Maybe the images in the guide labeled with "CGO", which refers to the original creator Cagliostro, are meant to relate to the original game Payday 1, and the BDN images are meant to relate to the new game Payday 2.

Just a thought. :)

It doesn't appear to me that the grey area on the map in the picture is representing water. If you look on the far left side of the map, the actual water part is blue. My guess is this part at the top is supposed to just be a part of the map that's torn or missing.

If you didn't nit-pick, I would have. :) It's definitely casing mode, as in, "let's case the bank before we rob it." Also, I believe this meaning of case is considered slang.

*EDIT* I'm definitely interested in the possibility of having a player in casing mode on day 3 of firestarter walk into the burning money and go down. I assume the player would go into custody as that's the normal mechanic for such a thing, but it would certainly be odd with no cops present. Now I have to try this.

*EDIT 2* This would certainly be a challenging thing to do, especially if the job was pro. There may also be additional pieces to this one as well, such as also opening certain deposit boxes and/or doing something with a bag of gold from the boxes, per other bain guide pictures.

I will say that having a flashlight on your gun on Big Oil day 2 is extremely useful when you're looking for notes in the lab and the power is shut off. Those rooms are DARK. Heck, they're pretty dark with the lights on!

Good question. We attempted Day 2 full stealth on several occasions, and I believe we burned the weapons nearly every time...though I couldn't tell you if we burned all of them on the day we succeeded. Therefore, it's best to assume we only burned the required amount.

We tried full stealth on Day 1 a few times. Usually it would end up with the police arriving before the general alert was even raised, for some unknown reason.
