The things Burt is suggesting is pretty much what everybody was thinking when the main thread/the group started. There were numerous theories linking all the images to all the heists, but none of them seemed like a simple lead, the similarities are so loose and not obvious enough. Although maybe it is the correct thing to do, but I am tending towards not.

I came to my own conclusion that the images just represented the sections of the guide (e.g. first picture = similar to judgement tarot, which means rebirth) and shouldn't be taken literally. The initials and ninth gate referencing is a reason to keep the images in mind (if we find another book with the images in).

Was searching through my screens and found one from bank heist of a ship (loads of ship paintings/etchings in the game). It is front the front cover[openstudy.org.ua] of the book 'The Sea-Wolf'[en.wikipedia.org] by Jack London which has Wolf Larsen as it's main character, he has a brother called Death. I am starting to wonder if the paintings are important at all.

I can't find what a real life police officer has on his uniform, it could just be that 1776 is on all uniforms?

Does anybody think that mask combinations will be a part of the secret (I know there is already talk of the Bain guide mask being used), I thought maybe the 'keep an extra eye up for me' would be the illuminati eye. Also the fleur de lis is available.

Or do you think that'd be just too mean to base it on luck (although it would just be a matter of time before you got all attachments/mask material/colour/pattern).

I think it is just lines crossing each other, one set is the tree shading, the other is the arrow impact

Following on from some research today, I made a little analysis of the images from the Guide of Bain in comparison to tarot cards in this thread.

Yeah on second thoughts, looks like nobody has actually put it on this group yet, I saw it a week or so ago on one of the old threads in the General Discussions forum.
