Not every map has chase mode, because its already established that cover was blown (escape, or otherwise). BUT, it does add to the hunch about each illustration representing days of specific heists. We may be all pissing into the wind at this point, but hopefully we are pissing in the right direction.

I came to my own conclusion that the images just represented the sections of the guide (e.g. first picture = similar to judgement tarot, which means rebirth) and shouldn't be taken literally. The initials and ninth gate referencing is a reason to keep the images in mind (if we find another book with the images in).

I have to agree, we are all throwing ideas and theories hoping to find something equivalent.

As for the topic at hand, you can do the entire heist (if done quiet) in Chase Mode. Never putting on your mask. This adds to the theories people have of the ninth image , and theories of one player being "away". You can also go as far as say that the player still in Chase Mode is the one that has to be downed (still without masking) by burning the money as Burt Macklin suggested.

I have tested and confirmed you can complete a heist in chase mode (if stealthed) and reach the escape zone without "[G] - To put on your Mask", unless the mission your on (escape, rats, watchdogs or any day that you automatically place your mask on) does not allow Chase Mode.

Hope this helps add another clue.

Right now there seem to be bigger leads than the boxes in the safe room, but it was worth a try.

Not sure if it is a clue but the cartographer was also called L'Enfant, a hint to our senator "The Elephant"? he is depicted with a golden hammer "rebuilding the community" in the web series.

I posted this on the Diamond store but i feel that it ties into the deposit boxes significantly.

To summarize, there is a light fixture in the new map (Diamond Store) that feels off and new, we narrowed it down to piano keys or music notes and in my opinion a waveform. Big Oil also seems to create a pattern when the security gate is lowered, check out the Big Oil thread.

So here is my hunch...On one of the main menus there is a waveform in the background, not sure if you guys have seen it. Maybe if you merge all three ( the menu Waveform, the light patterns from Big Oil, and the new Dimond Store light fixture) we can get the note letter and fret number and open up the deposit boxes in that order..... :) worth a try

Were the paintings commissioned for the game or were they done prior? Gives less incentive to think anything of them if they were just chosen instead of commissioned specifically for the game.

Is there any other use for the flash light other than Big Oil (only day 2)??? It just sounds strange... I know that room is pitch black without lights, but its the only level in the game.
