I mentioned that in another thread.
This is also in tune with how the soundtrack has individual names for each track, unlike the first OST. One being "The Mark" wich happens to be the name of the mask.

Another thing to add is a mask pattern I ran into (and have), its called "Piece of Cake" not sure if you guys have seen it, but its a slice of cake VERY similar to the one in the photo with "?" marks scatered around.

Something to notice about the masks, we already know they might be significant in the secret. If you notice the description of the original gang masks (Dallas, Hoxton, Chains, and Wolf) NOT THE ORIGINS, out of all the masks Dallas's mask differs in its description. With somthing along the lines of "The mask they all fear". Instead of the "This is the iconic mask of ___".

Just a thought.

EDIT: Some one run the birthday image through a spectrogram, the shadows show chromatic aberration by a long shot. There might be something in there.

Goldfarb went to Valve studios, took lots of pics. Yes they are working together. But it could be a simple nod at their team.

"How to Get The mask" Step 4...."???" is just odd. Step 5 already tells you to enjoy it and use it in game, so why is there an a additional step ?

Also to note, the mask is called "Mark", if you purchased the soundtrack youll have "The Mark" as one of the tracks. This might be a hint of them adding it to the game but its also strange that the soundtrack (this time around) has nothing to do with the missions (unlike the PD:TH).

I remember in day two of rats I had a gangster come out of the bathroom that was locked. Havent seen it happen ever since, but then again that was in the beta.

As for the original post, I doubt that we are going to find the secret right now, if the pieces are in place they are probably inactive and we overlook them (much like the positions in FWB). We need to take all of this into consideration when 145+ is released and everything is(should) be in place.

I've never thought of something like that being a possible condition of the secret. Interesting. Like mentioned before it does sort of seem like the page with the knight and the guy on the floor and how one guy is in the background. Though I was more thinking that meant the secret should be done with 3 people, idk, theres a lot of mentions of 3's and if you play solo with ai theres only three guys.

Or three characters masked up, and one that is not. I couldn't test out the theory though since it requires more than two people (willing to stick through such a long game while testing).

If you didn't nit-pick, I would have. :) It's definitely casing mode, as in, "let's case the bank before we rob it." Also, I believe this meaning of case is considered slang.

*EDIT 2* This would certainly be a challenging thing to do, especially if the job was pro. There may also be additional pieces to this one as well, such as also opening certain deposit boxes and/or doing something with a bag of gold from the boxes, per other bain guide pictures.
