What the what? Where is this exactly? It looks all sorts of wrong...what could be the point of this? Who is that in those pictures?

And more importantly what is the text on that wall.

When you are doing the Overpass Escape, run over to the stairwell that lets you climb to the roof of the area marked with the "Government building" signs and go up to the roof. Around the roof is a bunch of chain link fences you can cut (but, interestingly, you can't get into?...), I jumped from one of the large AC units on the roof and snapped a screenshot before I fell, it's the windows right beside it.

I checked out the drain on Framing Frame, it's an unsurviable drop that leads into the back of the warehouse, and there is a TON of street art down there. I have a few screen garbs of some of the bigger pieces, but I have to go back with a light modded weapon to get the rest. It looks like a place to stash the money bags for an assualt though, not really leading anywhere

what interests me in that picture is the text on the right to the fapfapfap image. what does it say? is it high enough definition to read?

The picture is also in some bank jobs if you examine the buildings surrounding the bank, you will see it in some of the locked buildings.

u know, there is also a secret area in rats day 2. in one of the apartements in the room with the planks that connect 2 buildings. there is a closed door. u can only open it if u have the "lockpicking safes skill" when u open it, there is just a empty toilet room

i have been to all the secret areas in the game. There is nothing to do in any of them
