A good example would be the 3v3 map, since it just has a respawn for every 15 second interval, you get situations where one person rezzes and the two other teammates are literally a hit away from dying.
A solid way to change the map up would be rezzing members once one team has been completely finished, then moving characters back to their starting spawn. Not only would this alleviate spawn camping it would also keep teams on even HP before rounds. As for rounds themselves I think 3/5 would be a good starting point. The buff in the center of the map should also be removed.
