As Adam is now basically dead, i need to recruit a mod to become my right hand. He has to do these things: 1. report to me any kind of news; 2. manage the new alliance requests from another groups (tell them that they must join our group as we will); 3. do my job if i am away(it will rarely happen) and 4. delete hate comments or stuff such as "not official group", report the ones who wrote these to me and wait for my decision; 5. wait for my aprooval to do something.
