Well then use your nvidia control panel to set the iw4x.exe to use your dedicated GPU. This is common practice for laptop owners as applications will always default to the integrated IGPU.

I believe the virus scans are just from an outdated version, I have spoken to the creator of this launcher and I trust him. It's likely flagged as a result of it's self updating nature
