Whenever there is a sale, there is some action. Sometimes this group keeps the surge alive a week or two.

How has it been going? I've felt more like playing recently and wanted to see if this group is still keeping the game alive (barely above flatline)

Sadly, that is not guaranteed even with this group, exept during sales, like RIGHT NOW. Yay!

I just got this, was on sale and sounded pretty interesting. Structured play will probably be best anyway, no anonymous jerkwads. I'm in the US but I'm a student so I've got lots of free time spent procrastinating and can probably play with most time zones.

yea,if this game had moar players then everyone would know that the buccaneers {and vikings =3) rule also people prob hate it because they assume its a clone of icarus but infact air buc has been around since 2004

This is such a fun game, I don't understand why people compare it to Guns Of Icarus when that game imo is rubbish! Its a shame that the servers are rarely full because the gameplay is so much fun!

Yeah, the cards caused a spike of most players ever... very few of those actually played, though.

Don't expect full servers or anything. In a bad case it's 3 players. Usually it's something like 6 to 10. When the stars are right, we may get games that peak at 18 players or so.

Well JS liked to use that incriminating taunt in game, so it is related to ABu...but I see your point. No idea if there is a way to change it, my guess would be that there isn't.

Awsome, thanks for the response. Me and two other buddies love this game, but it's so hard to monitor when people are on (especially because we're usually pretty busy). I'll let them know about those times.

There is no clear pattern, sadly. As far as I can tell most common player peaks are wed or thu around 5-7 pm GMT and weekends on times that are harder to pin down. This game being in the sad state that it is, 8 players or more is a "peak."

I've been trying to chase after those peaks with the events.

There are so many events here I'm not sure which ones are actually popular. Anyone know which of these events get the most people online at one time?

The Sunday's event did better. Was almost dead initially, then my net went down. When I came back, it had started to grow. Peak after about 1 hour after official start, maybe. I think I move the times up a little for the next batch.

The latest event at 20.00 GMT was an attempt to have a time acceptable both for Europe and America. Didn't work too well. Really could use some feedback on this.

Yeah, as events. Previous guys put one almost at every day. Me, I prefer to concentrate on weekends. That doesn't mean that the others can't put up more events on weekdays or that there can't be any playing without the events, though. Suggestions welcome.

I would like to have one standard time on one standard day when there's always match. Probably Saturday, but I'm not so sure about the time. Again, input welcome.

I'll be 101st then. Do I need to set any specific forum subscriptions or do you guys post new matches as events/announcements so that I will see them anyways?

I'm in plenty of open groups and the spam is pretty rare. Few people actually follow the discussions on some obscure groups they have happened to join so why bother? The way I see it, you need any member you can get so you can spam them with the events.

I concider change on free to join- public. Reason is to avoid garbage, spam, adverts etc. Also to know real 'firepower' of community.

Any reason for being invite only?
