Type this into console:

bind "w" "+forward;cl_clanid 34468567";
bind "a" "+moveleft;cl_clanid 34468554";
bind "d" "+moveright;cl_clanid 34468560";
bind "s" "+back;cl_clanid 34468572";

If you want to reset it type this into console:
bind "w" "+forward";
bind "a" "+moveleft";
bind "d" "+moveright";
bind "s" "+back"

Make sure you joined thse groups too or else it wont work
