The Association of World Nation's International Court of Justice group is for the Justice part of AWN (Police,Court) we uphold the Rules and Constitution of AWN.

I. Anyone apart of AWN has the right to be an admin.
II. Anyone apart of AWN has the right to announce as much as they want. (See Rule II)
III. Anyone apart of AWN has the right to comment what they wish, except in cases of racism, prejudicism, etc.
IV. Anyone apart of AWN has the right to propose an idea for voting.
V. Anyone apart of AWN has the same rights as every other member in AWN (even the owner).
VI. Anyone apart of AWN has the right to a trial at any time.
VII. A Group Overseer may be removed at anytime considering that a majority of Members consent as well as there is a legitimate reason for removal of said Overseer.

I: No spamming; two announcements per day per person limit.
II: Only announce things relevant to International Affairs.
III: Do not delete or edit announcements which are not your own.
IV: Flame wars in the comment section are forbidden.

Defendant: Georgie
Case Bio: Georgie has repeatedly violated the constitution, and has unlawfully kicked a member of the tier without a trial.

AWN Overseer Georgie has been charged with Constitution Violations. The Supreme Judge (or a majority) will have to vote to have this trial happen. There is an issue if an Overseer can be tried and we will find this out.

From the AWN Justice Department

My Fellow Role-Players

In the last day's, it has become clear that Idi is destroying Role-Play with his countined warmongring, his teachings and his goal to make everyone "Idist". AWN Justice Department does not only act in AWN best interest, but also Role-Play best interest. That is why I have decided that Idi will stand trial this friday for breaking the follow rules:

V: Do not abuse your rights as a member of AWN.
VI: Be respectful to your fellow members; no cussing, racism, or biggotry.

I have also decided that Idi will be charged for past crimes against Role-Play . Those are:

- The Spamming of several groups between the time of 2011-2012.
- For misleading new Role-Players, "brainwhasing" them.

The way the trial will work on friday is simple. First the prosecutors will raise the charge against Idi and explain his crimes. Idi will be allowed to declare himself guilty or not. Idi will get a fair trial . Therfore he will be allowed to defend himself against the charges, but he has to respect the court while doing so. That means that no Idist propeganda will be allowed. After his defending speech, the prosecutors will countine their charge against him. After that, the judges will decide if Idi is guillty or not, and if so, what punishment.

I officially move charges against Georgie for breaching Article IV of the Constitution which states:

IV: Any member has the right to make comments in the comments section of discussions, events, or announcements that do not include racism, bigotry, cussing, or flame wars.

And trying to undermine the judiciary which is in breach of Article III:

III: Any member has the right to have a fair and public trial by an impartial jury.

And breach of Article I, which states:

I: Any member of the AWN may create an announcement, event, or discussion that is relevant to roleplaying, and does not include racism or bigotry. Spamming of announcements, events, comments, or discussions is not allowed by any member of the AWN.

I also move charges against Azeron for abuse of power through illegal banning of a member from chat.

The Supreme Judge is yet to approve the case.
