Italian Rules

Land in italy is worth double regular land, and an army/navy can be raised for half the land of a normal army/navy
If all of italy is captured, you are declared either King, or Emperor of Italy, you get a bonus 30,000 in income each week
To be declared emperor/king you must hold the following area’s/cities:
Milan
Sardinia
Venice
Rome
Naples
Florence
Sicily
Apulia

Colonization Rules

It Costs Double to Upkeep a Colonial Army
You can Raise one colonial Armies per 5 Colonial Regions
Each Landlocked Colonial Territory is worth 700
Each Coastal Colonial Territory is 900
You start with one colonial navy for ever 15 territories in colonial regions and one army for ever 10
Trade Routes are default by sea
To pacify a neutral colonial territory you must position an army there for 2 days (rl)
If the territory isn’t on your frontier you must fight a battle against the natives of the region i;e Indian tribes
It also costs 500 to pacify a colonial region
