If your game does not start, is beacuse steam cracks are not working, it runs legal steam.

You need the version before steam 21.09.11, and it will work.

If you did not update it yet, do not do it.

Just replace all files to steam root.

Create a file named Steam.cfg inside Steam root, and paste this to disable the automatic update:
BootStrapperInhibitAll=enable
