As of 8/3/14, all new moderators will be required to provide a security deposit, as a form of insurance if you were to run with buyins. If the item is yours, you may not host a raffle with the total value of the currency received from slots exceeding your deposit amount. If the item belongs to a user, the combined value of the currency received from slots plus the value of the item may not exceed your deposit amount. For example, if you raffle a 2 ref item you own with 7 slots of a rec each, then your deposit amount must be 2.33 ref or more. If you raffle a 2 ref item you own with 7 slots of a rec each, then your deposit amount must be 4.33 ref or more. If I observe any moderators/admins exceeding their deposit amount, I will deal a warning to them. The second time will result in a 24 hour demotion, and the third time will result in permanent demotion. You can always add or remove from your deposit whenever you want, and you will get it back when you retire from the group. I am only doing this to provide a form of insurance to our users.
