1. Do you have current/past experience being a moderator/admin, both in steam groups and in real life?
Yes, Currently I am a Admin on 3 groups and a server also a Moderator on 2 more groups, in real life i used to be middle school class president as well as a freshman class Treasurer Atm and will run for Sophomore class President next school year.

2. Why are you interested in working for ATRG?
The main reason is because I am a very experienced raffler i know how to deal with people and i believe people in ATRG will enjoy my raffles as well as I love the fact that ATRG has almost 6,000 members. Also is I do become Mod. I might do a giveaway as my first Announcement.

3. What are the steps to making a proper raffle?
1. Link the address of the item so people know what ur raffling as well as see that you have the item and that you won't scam them.
2. Provide the price of the item your raffling so people will see that you are giving them a very good deal and chance.
3. Provide the potential participants with a price list of the entries so they will know exactly how many entries they will get for each item they choose to enter with.
4. Then you Provide the entry list, I prefer to use docs.google.com so as soon as someone enters i edit the entry in and people can click the link and see they're entered as well as it saves a ton of spae on the announcement because studdies show shorter the article the more chances people read.
5. Next, you provide a way for the potential participants to enter. For example i use trade offers so I don't get overran with friend requests and i can accept them in a orderly fashion and know who gave me what. In order to do that I provide readers with a link to trade offer me without having to add me.
6. After the set amounts of entries have been filled i use random.org to find a random number which would be the winner.
7. Finally, I announce the winner and give him the item he won by adding him personally and trading him.

5. What makes you stand out from others?
To be honest I believe that everyone is different and everyone stands out in their own way. I stand out as my generous personality and my fairness. Also If i feel good on any day I just giveaway stuff without warning. Also the fact that i do not take kindly to cheaters, boosters, phishers, rude people, and cussers. I hate bad words. Overall I am a people's person the reason i was voted class president 3 years in a row in middle school.

I'm an independent thinker, problem solver, work well with others, work well with myself, people's person, I just love LOVE, and i can overcome any obstacle in my way as i am a Straight A's Student.

In 5 years I see myself, ending a perfect freshman year in either Stanford, Yale, or Harvard.
In 10 years i see myself as working as an doctor, a CEO, or a Successful Businessman but most likely a CEO Because i am a great leader.

Not to sound like a nerd but my most Proud accomplishment was finishing middle school with 4.0's all 3 years, and when my Pop Warner football team (I play Slot receiver and Middle Linebacker) got to go to Florida for the National Championship last year

The Worst and Most regretful mistake i made was breaking up with my girlfriend after 4 years I still miss her and I barely had the guts to write this
The Second worst mistake I have ever made was wasting my birthday money on tf2. I used $300 to buy weapons, hats, and cosmetics in the TF2 STORE ;-;.

Simple a CEO, back up Doctor, Back up take over my dads company.

I was randomly invited by one of my friends and saw you were looking for Mods. so i decided to give it a shot.

13. What would you look to accomplish in the first 30 days/60 days/90 days on the job?
My first 30 days will be spent on raffles and giveaways, then the next 30 will be spent on helping out by getting this group shout outs on youtube (i know people). Then the last 30 will be just random stuff.

i believe that my resume is filled out neatly with few grammatical errors and honest, I don't know why i talked about my EX. :(.

4.0 Student, Class President all 3 years of Middle School, Freshman Class Treasurer, Finishing my Freshman year in High School with a 4.1 G.P.A. (A.P. Biology, i'm stuck with it for 2 years :/)

At the moment being treasurer is Extremely hard i have to keep track of all the donations from students and all the money coming in and going out its hard :/.

I would first try to make the person understand by being formally nice then try to solve the problem

19. Give a time when you went above and beyond the requirements for a project.
In 5th grade it was a science fair and i bet my friend that i would get 1st place. Then i decided that i my project was gonna be a robot and made it so that it could move my uncle has a robotics degree and he helped me. We made a most awesome robot and it could move around and i ended up getting 2nd place. I got beat by a kid that made a airplane model that could fly with fuel -_- (I bet his dad made it and he took the credit). i ended up losing the bet of $1 lol.

Tough challenges, and caring people, and someone its worth doing it for.

i can be online 2-7 hrs online a day depending on my schedule and when i'm on i can help

I surprisingly do very good under pressure except for CoD too tough to clutch XD.

So that concludes my Fun. Moving on from there we came back to the U.S. and school was about to start next month so my time was running out so we went to Great america, and the beach.

Ooo, That's a tough one but i am gonna have to go with Streisand because I believe that people that are dependent are the babies and children and its awesome they they need someone and they're lucky cause of that it gives the parents to love and raise a part of themselves.

The story i will share is the time I almost got in a fight. It was just 4 months ago when it was high school football season. I was the middle linebacker and and tackled their running back then the running back pushed me thinking i was trying to hurt him but I had no intensions. so then my friend Alex came over and pushed the running back thinking he was helping me but it made it worse because all the players on the sideline got involved and it turned into a fight in the center of the field as the coaches tried to stop us and as everyone settled down the running back got a penalty and couldn't play the rest of the game or next weeks game but i got no penalty because i didn't push back and alex had to sit out the 3rd quarter even though he's the starting Quarterback XD.

childhood to adulthood within your culture, community, or family.
I am Sikh and the moment when i transitioned was when i got Baptised but it wasn't called that it was something else but that's when i became matured.
