6. All mods/admins are limited to a maximum of 4 raffles. You must finish before you can start another. All old copies of announcements should be deleted to ensure a less cluttered record, and no deleting of finished raffles will be allowed.

To avoid getting phished, don't click or login to steam through any links anyone gives you if it's something like a voting thing or joining a tournament or they offer to give you free stuff. Login to steam through the official website first, then do the one click login that doesn't require you to type in your username and password a 2nd time on the 3rd party site. If you get phished, reach out to steam and change your password to something else.
