Rating would work, combined with the astats levels. No fake account will have high levels.

Take a look at the frontpage of astats.nl. They installed some kind of gametrading Interface.

The new feature looks very promising. I already added all my games for trade.

To bad trading gamekeys will invite a lot of fraudsters. People please be careful, or don't care to much about your double gaming keys. As you deal with real steam accounts, maybe people will behave, but there is just no way of knowing.
