Here is something SgtFopper told me a few months ago, I will repeat it in my own words.

- Install the Unreal Development Kit (UDK) via Steam, you will not be able to execute it yet
- Download the official installer from the UDK website.
- Install it on your HD and move it to the folder Steam created.
- Start the UDK from inside that Steam folder. You start it directly, not through Steam.
- Eight achievements await you, the time for it is around four hours.

It's a "russian only" game out on Steam (with russian language only), just reachable via "?cc=ru" without the " ==> Pirates Odyssey: To Each His Own
It has 50 Steam Achievements.
