Hello, my name is Trenton, and I am 17 years old. I currently have 441 hours on AJAX, but note that is an ever-rising number. I'm a very active player, spending at least 5 hours a day on Gmod and pretty much spending all that time on AJAX or loading into it. I hope that you consider me for a staff position because of my experience being in administrative roles, as well as my experience with this particular server. I have only had one kick that I can remember from a somebody who is long gone.(Reason: Defending a base with a shield[really?!]). I was a moderator on NR Sandbox, a sandbox server that was relatively easy to moderate but unfortunately is no longer running. I was also an Admin on Damnation RP, which as we all know is pretty hectic because well it's an RP server, especially a busy one like that. I pride myself in my problem solving and critical thinking skills, which has allowed me to stop minges on this server in the past and which I hope can serve me and the community well in the future. I am a fan of Stargate, SBEP, and the Wire Addons. I thank you for reading my application and your consideration.

I'm not quite sure what to say, honestly..I'd say it's temporarily declined unless you can tweak some things... Like for instance, " Any previous Kicks/Bans? I cannot really see taking advanced dupe and banning it when people can EASILY abuse E2 and that is still active even for user rank. I've done it myself on occasion when I was feeling more inclined to be an ass. I don't do it now. But of course I jest on that.

Also, since we are in the discussion of ranks, might I ask for VIPs to be granted the power of voteban? We don't have enough mods on (which I asked to be one on the general portion of the forums) and votekick only goes so far if minges can just log back on. At least if the community hates a particular face we can keep them off for at least a little while.

Honestly... VIPs having access to voteban should've been a thing for them to access a long time ago... I'll ask Mini.

Well, a lot of addons seem to be set around the idea of improving building, so look through some of those addons like improved polyweld tool, for example. Your other offenders are too many unused playermodels and things like WAC aircraft which from what I see is hardly even used.
Another note to consider are some of the policies regarding certain addons like advanced dupe. VIP's can't even use the damn thing for God's sake! Ban me if you must, but that is just a sign of bad adminship. Why have all of those darned build tools if people can't even save their work using advanced dupe in the first place?!

We clearly have WAY too many mods, half of them are barely used, some of them are beloved, like stargate, Ect. Please, post your comments down below.
