A Band of Colours Community is a group of LBGTQ guilds with a strong dedicated core membership. To make the most of our playtime together, we have set a Code of Conduct expected of our all members. We want everyone to completely enjoy their playtime together and feel comfortable in their guild. Please remember common courtesy and respect goes a long way.
** Please be aware, we are a NO drama guild. Any violations will lead to removal from guild. Thanks for your understanding.**

1. Please respect your fellow guildmates and other players at all time. No name calling, “bullying”, insulting, flaming, trolling etc. will be tolerated. Please remember there are real people behind the toons so treat them as you would want to be treated. When grouping with other players, whether they are fellow guildmates or members of the gaming community at large, please show them the utmost respect at all times. Loot ninjas or other inappropriate behavior can lead to guild dismissal.

2. No excessive profanity, harsh or offensive language to be used, this includes “cybering”. Please do not offend others beliefs or lifestyle choices in any way, do not use offensive or derogatory terms when chatting with other players. Please remember we may have a great mix of members and we want their experience here to be comfortable at all times. We have a great mix of family members; women, men, young adults from all walks of life so keep this in mind when talking to others.

3. Not everyone’s play style is the same so keep this in mind when interacting with other guildmates and the gaming community members. Gear bashing, toon/guild insults will not be tolerated. Not everyone levels at the same pace or goes for the fancy gear, everyone should be treated fairly and again with respect to their play style.

4. Botting, hacking, gold buying and other illegal activities set forth in the MMO terms of use will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination from the guild.

5. Being team players are expected of our guildmates, be willing to offer a reasonable helping hand to other players. This includes crafting, gathering, group play, etc. We are a guild and together we will grow as a group and help each other out when possible to make our guild strong and continue as a family environment. Be helpful to others in the gaming community, we want our guild to be reflected upon well.

6. Please remain active, toons that are inactive for a period of 30 days consecutively will be removed from the guild roster at the discretion of the officers. Please let the officers know if there will be an extended absence. Alts that are inactive may be removed if space in the guild becomes an issue. If a toon is removed for inactivity they will be allowed to return to the guild once without reapplying.


If a player is found to be non-compliant with the code of conduct set forth, disciplinary action could result at the discretion of the officers to include demotion or dismissal from the guild. Once a player is dismissed from the guild they will be placed on the guild “black list” and will not be allowed to return to the guild under any circumstances. Players that leave the guild in good standing may be allowed to return one time at the discretion of the officers and the other members, if the player leaves a second time, they will not be allowed to rejoin the guild.

This Code of Conduct may change from time to time or if needs arise that are not currently covered.
