What is AvaLANche?
AvaLANche is 907 Gamer’s February Gaming meetup. We bring a multitude of PCs, Consoles, and other gaming equipment, and hook them up in a large public space and spend an epic night of gaming together as a community. There will be many scheduled game-specific events during AvaLANche. This is a very fast paced event!

When is AvaLANche?
The event starts at 8:00pm on February 21st (Saturday). This is the time at which people will be able to enter the space and start setting up their console. The event needs to come to an end at 3:00am on Sunday.

Gaming System Setup
This is a bring your own system event for the most part. Some stations will have room for people to take turns playing but we do encourage participants to bring a PC, Xbox, Playstation, etc. You will also need your own display, preferably a 20-25 inch display. It is also extremely helpful if you bring your own ethernet cord and surge protector.

Rules
All rules of the facility must be followed and cannot be overridden.
No outside food or drink
No illegal drugs / controlled substances, alcohol,
Vaping and chewing tobacco is prohibited while indoors at the event
Chewing tobacco users must dispose of their product in a proper receptacle such as a sealed can or garbage. (Do not spit on the sidewalk or ground)
Smoking must happen 50 ft from entrance
This is an all ages event, conduct should be appropriate.
All guidelines for 907 Gamers members apply (listed on front page of website)
Staff decisions are final, argument with staff can result in you being asked to leave the event.

As a remind to all attendees - Clean up after yourselves and make sure trash is kept to a minimum. This site is provided to us and we wouldn’t want to lose this ability.

During the event, livestreaming to Twitch.tv will be happening with an attempt to capture as much of the action as possible on the 907 Gamers Twitch channel.
