"Detailed" Rules List:

1. Don't be rude, annoying, etc. Really, no one likes to listen to someone yelling.

2. Please do not beg for items. There is that chance where you won't get what you wanted.

3. Don't scam people. we all hate it when that one guy takes your stuff and never pays back in ref, hats, etc.

4. This one isn't really a rule, but if you donate a hat to raffle to Electro, he will split the money/refined with the person who donated it.

5. Again, this isn't really an actual rule, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask any mod, admin etc.
