Leading or Promotion challenge!

1 recruit = 1 Yang
5 Yang = You can lead one time
10 Yang = Promotion

You get 1 "Yang" each recruit. He must be in steam group and you have to tell Sushi von Jikatei who is the recruit. He will write it up and your name. You must tell to Sushi who you are, who you recruited and make him be in the steam group. He must have mount & blade Napoleonic wars "This will be checked!" You must also show me him on teampeak. You must learn him how to install teamsepak and give him this IP: 85.236.100.96:13037. When he is on teamspeak you must tell a officer or Sushi and make them report this to Sushi. If the person have been in the regiment before, it do not count!
