The Second Line Battalion of the King's German Legion

INFORMATION

The 2nd Line Battalion of the King's German Legion is a dedicated, hard-working regiment of the British Napoleonic Army for the incredible games Mount & Blade: Warband Napoleonic Wars and Holdfast: Nations at War. We are possibly the oldest regiment of the King's German Legion in the Oceanic region and have a long-standing tradition of role-play and dedication.

During the Napoleonic Wars, the Legion was well known for its excellent discipline and fighting ability, something which we try to emulate. We strive to improve our performance as a regiment and as individual players, form new bonds with players, and above all have fun. We formed on the 20th of December, 2015 and have been continually growing ever since. We regularly attend the Friday and Saturday Oceanic line battle events and are always looking for new members. We train twice a week 1 hour before each event on our own private training server. During training the drill sergeant leads the regiment through formations, melee training, ranged practice, anti-cavalry and anti-artillery practice. However, attendance to training is optional, but advised.

The regiment was founded and is led by Colonel Accy Daccy. Second in command is Lieutenant Colonel Jon Snow, followed then by Regimental Sergeant Major Runieman. The RSM and the Colonel both lead the regiments in battle, but while they are the leaders and soldiers' superiors, we always encourage the involvement and initiative of others.

While we are not the oldest regiment nor the most skillful, we strive to be one of the greatest and strongest in the Oceania region. You do not have to be the best player, nor the oldest, but just have a passion for the game and the historic era.
