Will there be any announcements made here right before a major OP starts so that those who are doing other things can see a reminder pop up when it's time to start? I know it works because we did that in another clan I was in a few years ago, and TS filled up instantly when a Steam message from the group popped up for everybody. :darkangel:

I second Javelina's request, I can't actually be active unless I know exacty when I need to be here. A week in advance is the bare minimum I ask.

I move that the Training sessions should be held on Saturdays and Ops on Sundays.
Then more advanced training (e.g. Medical training, FAC training) should be announced at least a month in advance. This is how they did it in United Operations. I really don't know if we can find any new fresh recruites without such a standard.
