What?:
Composition C will be hosting its first Winter Cup Tournament for Counter-Strike Source. This tournament is to bring out the finest CS:Source players of this era. Moreover, this tournament is all about teamwork, cooperation, and SHOWTIME!! In addition, this tournament will hopefully unify players that have become divided due to tensions, hiatuses, or simply never had the opportunity to meet one another.

Who?:
This is for the All-Stars of Counter-Strike Source. All Composition C members and non-Composition C members are invited to participate in the Winter Cup. There will be a maximum of 30 players, and 5 groups. If you believe you are an all-star, have that competitive edge, or just want to showcase your CS:Source skills, this will be a memorable tournament that will determine where you stand in the CS:S community.

Where?:
All matches will be held in the Composition C Private Match Server which is located on the West Coast. If you are a East Coast player, you are joining at your own discretion, please do not complain about lag in the server.

When?:
The 2013 Winter Cup tournament will make its debut on Thursday, January 24, 2013.
Every 2013 Winter Cup match will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday Nights beginning at 7PM Pacific Standard Time. Stay posted for your team’s schedule.

Regulations:
1.Every match will be on CEVO configuration with fifteen rounds on Counter-Terrorists, and fifteen on Terrorists. Away team will begin on Terrorists, and home team will begin on Counter-Terrorists.
2. If your team of five is not ready (IN-GAME, NOT AFK, READY TO GO) by fifteen minutes after your match time, that match will be counted as a forfeit. (LOSS)
3. No ringers, but substitutions allowed as long as they are in your group.
4. No trash talking. If we get multiple reports about a certain player, that player will be banned from this tournament, and all future tournaments.
5. No hacks……..
6. Do not go to spectate for money.
7. Treat every player with respect as everyone has their own playstyle.
8. Racism immediate ban from tournaments and all friendly scrims.
9. NO CLAN TAGS, MUST WEAR Winter Cup Attendee tag.
10. 5 Team Round Robin, and then simply the finals.
11. Tie-Breaker on the same map with three rounds on each side. mp_startmoney will begin the first round with $10000. If another tie ensues, they will simply relo3 with mp_startmoney $10000, and restart the tie-breaking process. 3 Rounds on T, 3 Rounds on CT.

In every match, you will not be able to wear your clan tag. I will be issuing invites to a special group for the 2013 Counter-Strike Source Winter Cup Attendees.
