If you want to join a unit I have a recomendation. If you where here when we did a join op with a few other units you might recognize this unit. It's called Section 7.

Section 7 is a tactical realism group that roleplays as a PMC. This means that you can choose your own loadout as long as it does not look stupid, does not look Russian and has a 5.56 rifle. Section 7 also prides itself as a chillsim where you don't have to call a 12 year old sir because he is older than you. Granted there are not that many young members in Section 7.
