anyone is welcome to join in and train and play in our friendly scrims. We will be scrambling teams and picking players for teams based on performance.

You should expect to be Gold 4+ for the A and B teams, and we are always willing to work with players who want to improve.

Group size goal/Training goal

Our primary goal here 1nTraining is personal improvement, but that includes playing smoothly as part of a team. For our training purposes we are looking for 10-12 players.

The goal here is to have two teams able to scrim together and randomize teams, while having backup players or a rotation of one to two players with a break or who volunteer to observe and take notes.

The current proposed format includes in house training between two groups, aiming at training around 2 hours per night. (scrims may be limited to weekends)

Scrims:

Each game a new "leader" will attempt to coordinate, this will give each member a chance to learn teamwork from both sides. If we are confident enough to move up matchmaking then leaders will be deciced by group concensouse nased on the situation.
