Even relative certainties have losers sometimes.

In early February 2013, Steam Gifts had a giveaway for 25,000 copies of the game "Galactic Arms Race". 16 percent of entrants did not win the game. This group is for them.

Rules:
Must have been a member of Steam Gifts during the giveaway (You do not need to have entered.)
Must not have won Galactic Arms Race.
Must be trustworthy.
