The ugly head of Swedish imperialism roars again. The blue-shirt traitors have waged war on fellow Scandinavians for decades, ashamed god himself and its aggression threatens the entirety of Europe. Today they have marched into Norway with no justification at all. The Swedes have become so bloodthirsty that they don't even bother making up an excuse.

But we will cut off the vulture’s head, because god is with us.

Speech at Frankfurt
Sophie Amalie of Brunswick-Lüneburg, the wife of Frederik III and Queen of Denmark, spoke to the Lordly and city representatives at Frankfurt.

“My most honourable countryman, brothers and friends. You have been misled. Denmark hoped to join the Holy Roman Empire for the reasons of god, peace and for the furtherment of Germanic unity. But to my husband and King Denmaks ascension into your Holy Empire is not worth the blood of his German subjects. For as long as he lives he will not force a German to fight another German, he will not turn his swords to his brothers in the south. My dear representatives, if you decide here today that you do not want Denmark as a part of your Holy Empire. Than Denmark will whitrawl from our application to prevent more unnecessary German blood to be spoiled.

BUT. Let it be known. Let it be known that the Kingdom of Denmark-Norway serves as your last shield against the Swedes. The Swedes that already occupy your most important Northern cities, do not recognize the Empire’s rights to those cities and brutally opress your German brother. And while you sit here debating, Danes, Norwegians and Germans from Holstein and Oldenburg fight bravely on the front lines to save this Holy Roman Empire from the Swedish onslaught. So no matter what you decide here today, weather you wish Denmark to remain or leave the Empire, I call on you as a daughter of this land, as a woman born in Brunswick. I call on you to take up arms not against your German brothers, but to ride North and aid us against the Swedes. To take back your German cities and liberate the thousands of Germans living under Swedish oppression. For if you do not act today, it might be to late tomorrow.''

Danish preparations
As the Swedish invade our land once more, the Danish prepare to withstand any attempt at invasion. The Kingdom of Denmark-Norway calls on all its allies to stand with their promise of mutual defence and help repel the Swedish invaders. Denmark and Norway stand ready to drive the bluecoats back to Stockholm.
