Yeah, these polished versions are fun and a nice way to grow star wars completions' collection. Bounty Hunter was fun but it had one annoying achievement about getting all bounties alive. Had to repeat missions couple of times cause bounties were dying lol

Nice! Haven't played first Tomb Raider collecion yet but I would probably start from that if I was going for some Tomb Raider completions

I wish we had achievements for other older SW games on Steam, Episode 1 Racer, Rogue Squadron and Shadows of the Empire would be my top picks but there are tons more that don't have achievements, even games that have achievements on console but didn't get them here on Steam :(

I loved that first TR remastered collection, big fan of the original core games so getting to achievement hunt the first 3 games was great fun for me.
It's a big one though, 269 achievements across 3 games and there's a couple of challenging ones in there too.
I hear the second collection will have overall less achievements but it's still going to be around 160-170 achievements give or take so it's still a decent hunt :D

We're the only ones who've posted Jedi Power Battles here so far I think.
I had a blast with that one, really enjoying these Aspyr remasters/enhanced ports they keep pumping out.
I gotta get back to Bounty Hunter as well, got a little distracted with other games.. typical lol

Only 5 more days till the second collection of Tomb Raider classics release as well, I can't wait to start hunting those ^^

#74 Star Wars Episode 1 Jedi Power Battles.

Came out a few days ago, it's more of a Enhanced Port than a proper Remaster but there are quite a few new characters added in, as well as a few new stages.

Achievements are.. fairly straightforward, but how hard this game will be to 100% will depend on the player and how familiar they get with the game's controls etc.
This game really can go from fairly easy to super hard based on the player.

As someone who played and loved the original it wasn't too bad for me, was nice revisiting this blast from the past ^^

How was it?
Used to love this series back in the Ps2 days, still go back and play 3 and 4 sometimes.

7 was the last one I enjoyed though, and that sadly has no achievements on Steam despite having them on consoles.

After 9 I pretty much stopped following this series.
Is Origins a return to form?.. I really hope so, would be nice to have a new DW game that's actually good again.

#73 Fable Anniversary

Good old RPG with mostly easy achievements.

The only difficult achievement is collecting all the Dolls, mainly because you have to play minigames to win them.
Most of the minigames are no trouble but 2 of them (the coin golf games) are pretty frustrating and took many tedious attempts to beat.

Sadly the second and third games are not available on Steam, shame as this was overall a really fun game.

Well that is a special case scenario, bugs will be bugs after all or in your case EA being EA lol
I've had a few buggy achievements as well but most of the time backup saves can be the solution for that.
Not always an option though unfortunately.

But I was talking more about people who just cheat tons of games and don't even bother putting in the work to unlock them naturally.
At most these people play games they like, complete them or play until they've had enough and then just SAM all the achievements they didn't get while playing.

Or worse, they just SAM all achievements in games they've barely played if not played at all.

Only reason I can think of for doing that would be they don't like the popups or something.
But that seems a pretty extreme measure to go to, not to mention risky logging into Steam via a 3rd party that for all you know could hijack your steam info.
Not 100% sure either but I think you can turn the notifications off anyway.

I wasn't expecting the game to be the way it was. It was really interesting and spooky at times. The graphics were impressive and had a warm aesthetic. The story was great, but the ending felt a bit bland, but understandibly so , if you look at it deeper I suppose. Overall a solid 9/10 :CritHit:

I enjoyed that game quite a lot too ^^
It wasn't what I was expecting either, but it was good.

And the music, yes, it's just fantastic, this is exactly what makes me drive in circles before a mission, because a favorite song is playing (and there are many of them). In general, I love rock and pop music from the 70s and 80s, so I'll have to hang out in the car for a long time while I play VC:kingsam:

Haha same man, I'd be right next to a mission point and a good song would come on so I'd drive around a bit longer and start after it was finished XD
Or just sit there and listen to it.

I never liked music so much growing up (mostly because all I ever knew and heard thanks to the radio and kid discos etc was the popular pop music of the time which I didn't really care for)

But in my teens I discovered and got into 70's & 80's Rock and Metal which was just before this game originally came out as well so it was fun hearing band's I'd only recently found out about in a new game that I was playing religiously at that point XD

After completing GTA 4, the first of the 3D GTAs already seems like an easy warm-up. However, there are still moments in the game that can ruin the walkthrough and make it more difficult than it is. I strongly recommend completing the police missions (15 in a row for the achievement), the firefighter (15 in a row for the achievement) and 12 ambulance missions on the first island and preferably at the beginning of the game. Then, when the gangs start to aggravate you, you simply will not be able to do it so easily.
In addition, a good tip is to mark items for 100% completion: hidden packages, unique jumps, transport for export. I used an interactive map on the Internet. This will save you time and nerves if you suddenly forgot what you found and what you did not and do not have to look for the last jump or package at all points in the city.
As for the game itself, it is not particularly difficult; the main missions are quite simple. It is also important to do them in the correct order, if you miss a story mission and then become hostile to this gang, you will no longer get 100% completion.

Don't forget the 100 taxi missions.. unless that was changed in this version.
I remember doing 100 taxi missions on the first island to unlock the special taxi ^^

Don't have these older GTA's on Steam though, just the original PS2 versions.. would like to hunt them one day though.
Vice City is still one of the best imo.
For the radio alone even.. freaking awesome lineup of kicka** rock songs :D
