Echoes of the Fey Episode 0: The Immolation is easy and quick. 30-40 minutes with a guide (or less).

Easy but requires two people. Can be done in anything from 1 to 3 hours. Has some annoying bugs.

My guess is that its just server issues on their end. Have similar issues and got friends who are seeing the same things.

Close the game and relaunch it and sit in the menu for a few seconds. That should give you the last two.

Yes but its a small number in comparision and they are generally targeted as MP/coop games that I can enjoy with friends.
