So one night, Dakota said "it'd be pretty cool if we had a team of our own" or something like that I don't remember so don't judge me. So I thought, man, that actually would be uber litty city sauce. So, here I am, sitting here at 2 in the morning, making a group for a team that will more than likely go nowhere. :^)

Ok so I'm like super bored right now and I just figured I'd write something on here just for fun. Anyways as all of you know, Sean doesn't play CS, Dakota rarely touches it, and the rest of us play with one another pretty much bi-weekly. So basically what I'mma do is probably just disband the group to help all of us save some space on our steam profiles even though none of us probably even need it but whatever. It was fun playing together when we did (well, it was fun for the most part), and as much as I want to be apart of a CS team, my experience on Steel Dragons back in the day made me realize that I probably won't find one suitable for me (for those of you who don't know, Steel Dragons was a "team" I joined a while back off of dreamteam.gg and it ended up being a bunch of 13 year olds, 2-3 of which I never even got to meet before I decided that I wanted to leave). But yeah I'd just like to point out that I called that this would happen in the description of the group where I said that this team would most likely go nowhere so I'm most proud of myself for that so ye. Obviously we still gonna do our thing and play casually every 2 to 3 weeks for 1 or 2 games, we just won't be associated with this train wreck of a group anymore in the meantime.

Baby Steps

So, now that this might actually happen, I guess I should start off by saying that this might just be a tad difficult. Now that school is starting, it'll be relatively hard to have practices and whatnot. So, if you read the headline, you'll know that we're taking it one small step at a time. First things first will simply be playing matches together, get the feel of a real competitive scene, in a sense. Once we have that covered, we can start working on who will play as what role. By default, I believe that I will take the role as IGL (In-Game Leader) due to the fact that I have the most experience with the game, how the mechanics work, etc. Once we play a few matches with one another, we can get a feel for who would be best fit as an Entry Fragger, Lurker, Support, and Primary AWPer. (We can have secondary AWPers as well, but that won't be much of an issue for now). Once we have everything above sorted out, we can start working on one of the main concepts: practices. Practices would be rather simple. We would review strats for maps, review spots for pop flases and/or smokes, and review anything else that needs to be resolved. But yeah, for now, we'll be taking baby steps, and then we'll move on to the more complex stuff in the future. :^)
