For the only Meta-RP question, can you briefly explain (in the best way you can) the lore of Half Life 2, more specifically around the time after the Seven Hour War?:

The seven hour war was a brief war between the combine and the government of the earth. It was a decisive victory from the start as human technology was far inferior to that of the combine and resulted in a large human death toll with the Combine abruptly occupying earth. Apart from this knowledge not much else is know about the 7 hour war as all knowledge is from characters/news clippings scattered around Kleiner and Eli’s hideouts.

In-Character Section

Character's Backstory(2-3 paragraphs):

Klára Kysely was born in Slovakia to [redacted] and [redacted] Kysely, two high ranking officials within the Slovakian military. Klára’s father, [Redacted] oversaw the [Redacted] branch of the military, which resulted in Klára moving around army bases with him. During this time Klára picked up many different skills. At the age of 21, Klára joined her father’s division and began working as an operative. On November 6, 20XX, Klára was involved in Operation Powder Snow, a Counterterrorism operation that saw her skills be put into the direct spotlight. Klára handled Seducing and then bringing in former terrorist [Redacted] to black-site Alpha without the terrorist organization's alarms. She had successfully managed to do this without fault. But during interrogation, [Redacted] managed to break free, stabbing Klára in the lower abdomen, narrowly missing her liver. Upon receiving this injury, she was rushed to the hospital and put on indefinite sick leave by her father, out of fear of a fatal injury occurring.

During the Seven Hour war, Klára was visiting her parents. Combine forces stormed her parents care home, killing all elderly and sick. Klára was taken and deposited on a train to City 15. In City 15 Klára spent a large amount of time doing recon on MPF units. She managed to seduce [Redacted] an i3 who she used for further information on the force. On 15th January 2000, Klára transferred to City 00.

Situational Events

A citizen appears infront of you and is threatening you, what's your response and actions?:

As harassing an officer verbally is a level 4 violation I would respond by unclipping my stun baton and flicking it onto a medium setting. I would tell the citizen to face the wall. If he does then I tie him and knock him unconscious, putting him into the Nexus jail for Three cycles and giving him 6 Disloyal points. If he refuses to face the wall, then I forcefully make him and charge him for disobeying an officer’s orders as well.

2 Civilians have started a fight and are causing Socio-Endangerment, what are your actions and response?:

I radio in, “11-99, 10-20 [Location]”. After radioing this I unholster my side arm, aiming it at the two citizens before yelling, “Both of you, break it up!” If they refuse to listen, then I fire a warning shot at the ground near them. However, if they do listen, then I make them face the wall until back-up arrives where either I or they can go ahead with tying, searching and then detaining the citizens.

A Rebel appears infront of you and shoots at you, what are your actions and response?:

If it is a surprise attack then I would most likely sustain some damage, but regardless I would jump into cover. I would radio in, “11-99, sustaining fire from 647E. 10-20 is [Location]. I would then unholster my side arm and take pot shots at the rebel until backup arrives or I am flanked. Upon getting flanked and possibly outnumbered I’d attempt to suicide using my pistol or stunstick (suicide setting) as they would most likely interrogate me for information on the Union.

Judgement Waiver has been enacted and your moving everyone into the apartment blocks, your searching everyone and somehow a civilian instigated a revolt. How do you respond and what's your actions?:

If I am outnumbered then I would try to hold out against them, trying to defuse the situation as best as I can until back-up arrives. However if I have a few other units with me then it would be of no trouble to defuse the situation as citizens are malnourished and stand no chance against a group of armed units. Regardless of either situation, OTA’s would be out as it’s a judgement waiver so would defused the situation no matter the outcome.

How do you detain a individual?:

You detain an individual by tying them, searching them, getting them to apply and then knocking them out with your stunstick where you can (optionally) place a bag over their head, tie their legs together and/or gag them.
