When prisoners arrive, document any information about them in the mass holding cells, and throw them into Normal Security.. Max 2 prisoners per cell.

THE SCHEDULE GOES AS FOLLOWS!:
Reflection Time,
Roll Call,
Workshift (metal factory, laundry, work to prepare cafeteria, clean areas, do odd jobs for guards.),
Mess Hall,
Recreation (outside in courtyard, playing basketball or w/e, free roam, talk in gangs etc.)
Roll Call,
Reflection Time. Repeat!


If prisoners obtain up to 15 malignant points; or have some horrid background, they are classified as a Maximum Security prisoner, and have less free time.

Workshift (heavily supervised!)
Roll Call,
Reflection Time,
Free Roam in Cell Block, and Food Time (brought to cell by guards or enslaved vortigaunts),

Reflection Time, Repeat!

These prisoners have arrived with a somewhat lightened sentence, and has 20 loyalty points, that being they are given in covert time and space, a request device and better treatment.

They are still housed in the Normal Security Block.
