What are the requirments for a family?

Hey Ive been here since Omerta. Since the Month it began. Whats your deal dude its just a server im not saying its special or anything. You are acting like no one can create a server that has already been done before. Do you sit there and tell people they cant make Darkrp servers because they have already been done before? I have been in the Mafia community and since Omerta and played Omerta till the very fucking end AKA December of 2017. You have no right to come in here and talk shit saying people cant make a gamemode and play on a gamemode that they love since its not ON Hell I bet you never even played Omerta.
