VULXE eSports are still trialling and in search of 1 and final player, the foundation 4 players have been playing together solid for multiple weeks with a great scrim record against Main/Intermediate teams not to mention they have been playing with trials and without any practise and are very happy with the current 4 in the sense of firepower and chemistry. We are searching for a high level entry fragger.

I'll go over a few things and I'll want you to answer a few questions before I go into depth and interview you in teamspeak which I will be going over how I trial my players, the criteria and how I run things and an introduction of myself!

Age, Role, Experience within the role, previous teams, achivements and results, goals for the future, and what we should expect from you:

Utility Usage, Retake ability, General aim, Clutch ability, communication, cooperation, how well they can adapt to positions given, charisma, game knowledge, smoke knowledge, game sense and self sufficiency. The trials last a week long (per individual player) who has to meet the criteria 100% of the time consistently throughout the whole week to have a chance of getting in. Also keep in mind that achievements/results that you may claim will be taken with a grain of salt without evidence.

We have had mixed results so far but unfortunately several players have caused a lot of friction within the team, so unfortunately we have decided to kick Rasmus "Don" Rajasoo, Benjamin "Benji" Elten and Tobias "Zaderin" Rasmusson with immediate effect. Don's IGLing was clearly not working, Zaderin was unable to adequetly fulfill his role as lurk, and Benji despite being our best player did not want to play without Don or accept any criticism of him. This is disappointing but in VULXE fashion we will swiftly move on from these inadequate and poor attitude players and form a new and better roster.

This year will hopefully be much better for the VULXE eSports roster, we've already begun scouting for talents and we have obtained a few players that are very promising. We are going to take our time and go back to the old trialling format (week per player) to find the best, most competent and mature dedicated players with the correct mindsets to be long-term pick ups.

We spent a lot of time preparing for the upcoming seasons of ESL Spring, Esea Open 27 and ECS #5 and once again we have to replace a player and pick up a last second player who turns out to be the absolute opposite of what we saw from him the first week. It's unbelievable how immature, undedicated, fake and hostile some people are and due to fights and personality incompatability issues between the players we had to put down both players and are now in search for players for the VULXE eSports Roster of 2018

Matīss 'JK' Pošivs had to be removed due to personal reasons. We are welcoming Luukebaas as our new 5th for the entry role!
