I think the fact the open beta existed built a shit ton of hype, even if it was close to the launch date.

No that actually tends to be even worse. Because they flame you for not amping your heals 24/7 because cooldown don't exist in their world because they don't play supports themselves.

Well atleast you can kinda defend yourself with Luciò better.

Or if everything goes wrong, you can just press E if it isn't on cooldown and GTFO using the Speed Boost.

But yeah, the amount of people with almost all of their playtime on Genji/Hanzo is worrysome.

Then they ask someone else to pick Mercy.

Yup. It doesn't tend to be too bad as Mercy since her pistol is decently powerful and the flight ability is strong.

I tend to just see drops to 30 around the portal, and that's it.

No, it didn't get a lot worse.

However, there seems to be a forced 60 FPS cap, which kinda bugs me. I've only seen it dip when in front of the ruins portal, though.
