It is completely fair because movie theaters don't make nearly as much money as you think. Because the film producers take a fairly large amount of ticket sales from people going to see their movie. Especially so during the opening week. Almost every movie theatre I've gone to has an arcade. Is that really an uncommon thing?

My relatives and I were discussing this when we saw Rogue One.

It's perfectly unreasonable that we should have to pay to see a film, and then be showered with advertisements for completely unrelated products. I would understand if they were movie trailers, since those are related to the product that we purchased, and it would benefit the studios and the theater, but commercial advertising is ridiculous.

It's not as if we don't get to see movie trailers, either. We sat through forty-five minutes of both while we waited for the film to start.

TIL you can get banned for "forcing ERP" even though all you have to do is stop typing. But spamming the chat and making it unsuable is fine for mods and random users to do. Feels good man.
