No in a meaningful way that benefits them. People are greedy. Even in such a communist economy. They don't want to get more knowledge. They want more of some thing that benefits them and is very likely to help them. Besides the knowledge attained.

That's where the roads divide. I'm talking about a different world in which there is no such thing as greed. Basically, i'm talking about a dream that's not possible.

The lack of greed and mentality to work in order for everybody to prosper.

That's why I said pretty much everybody. Also it's a terrible idea because no one has motivation to work or get educated. Which is why dictators like it.

When I mean "to the heart", I mean every person in the country supports it and works as hard as they can. What I would like to see is that it enforces a idea to achieve over others and at the same time, help others. The leader of the country does not take in resources, it is simply shared among the people. The leader sole purpose is to act as a voice for the people.

Basically, I want a country very similar to how a ant colony work.

I actually admire it. I would really love to see a communist country that actually follows the "virtues" of communism to the heart, but I suppose this is impossible seeing how there's corruption everywhere.

A good idea in theory, but there's just too many bad examples of it.
