That's why I said pretty much everybody. Also it's a terrible idea because no one has motivation to work or get educated. Which is why dictators like it.

When I mean "to the heart", I mean every person in the country supports it and works as hard as they can. What I would like to see is that it enforces a idea to achieve over others and at the same time, help others. The leader of the country does not take in resources, it is simply shared among the people. The leader sole purpose is to act as a voice for the people.

Basically, I want a country very similar to how a ant colony work.

I actually admire it. I would really love to see a communist country that actually follows the "virtues" of communism to the heart, but I suppose this is impossible seeing how there's corruption everywhere.
