Houston Trap scene has a really grimy and aggressive sound and I really enjoy it. Deals with a lot of dark and hedonistic themes.

Example #3, I find Travis' autotune crooning to be nice, though others just plain don't like autotune. He's not never trying to sing impressively with it, but to set mood n' shit.

Geto Boys were also from Texas, and were kind of the first of the Horrorcore genre, and it has since evolved.

Some of my favorite trap rappers come from there(Travis Scott, Maxo Kream, etc.) so it's pretty good, I guess. Also some of my cousins and aunts are there, too.
