Reminds me of the time King.com tried to license the word "Saga" and wanted to sue the people who made Banner Saga.
As if anyone can ever confuse Banner Saga with Candy Crush Saga. One is a bloody pretentious wank of a "game" with barely anything good about it, and the other is Banner Saga.

They also wanted to trademark protect the word Candy.
To be honest, a company shouldn't be able to claim the rights on using a single regular damn word.
