You could of course set up a VPN with another machine you own in a different country (or just somewhere in your contry, but you might as well reap the benefits of having a connection to another country) and use that as a proxy, but then you expose the IP of that machine to whatever server you connect to instead.

tl;dr Stop being paranoid, nobody cares about your IP.
